Our mission is to serve as a community and economic development hub that elevates underrepresented voices, sustains entrepreneurial innovation, activates community resources, and amplifies the legacy of our community.
We have partnered with BoardBuild to provide training to community leaders in board governance. This partnership furthers our mission by equipping incoming board members with tools to help them govern their nonprofit organizations with equity.

BoardBuild courses are online, self-paced learning modules that teach and encourage inclusive organizational practices, support nonprofit mission fulfillment, and ultimately strengthen the communities we serve.

In partnership with BoardBuild, we offer two courses that participants can earn certification badges—Nonprofit Governance Essentials, DEI-Centered Governance.
