We work together to understand what the funder needs and where the nonprofit is starting.

We will co-create a roadmap based on the vision for the organization including milestones, resources needed, and contingency plans—just in case!

Once we have the plan in place, it is time to work the plan by putting in the time and energy to build forward momentum and meet deadlines.

This step allows us to make changes as needed to keep our energy focused and our eyes on the prize.
